Terry Bolar, President and CEO of Prestige Sports International, has been representing NFL athletes for over 17 years and is known as an innovative contract negotiator. Since 1992, Terry has represented an average of two first-round NFL draft picks per year. Most recently, Ryan Pickett, DT from Ohio State; Pickett was projected early third round before he signed with Terry. Jamie Winborn, LB from Vanderbilt was a high second round pick. In fact, in his first year on his own, Terry Bolar ranked in the top ten of all agents for the 2001 NF draft and Prestige Sports was the number one minority-owned firm, according to an article by Len Pasquarelli featured on CBSsportsline.com.

Born and raised in Daphne, Alabama, Terry grew up around football. Playing the game since he could first throw a ball, Terry was an All-State football player and inducted into the Alabama High School Hall of Fame in 1996. He then went on to play college ball at California State Long Beach where he excelled both athletically and academically, receiving his bachelor’s of science in business management.

From 1981 - 1983, Terry played in the NFL where he realized his true passion was negotiating in the front office. Terry was an immediate success in the sports agent industry, helping recruit and build several agencies before founding Prestige.

Terry enjoys the respect of many clients and their families. He takes a sincere interest and active role in the lives of each client to ensure he is always performing at peak levels both on and off the field. With his own experience in pro football, Terry is also able to analyze game film with his clients and give practical advice.
